Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process your cancellation within 1-2 business days. Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure upon receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. Items that show signs of wear, are damaged, or are missing parts will not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing of the refund depends on your payment provider's processing time. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will appear on your statement within one billing cycle. For alternative payment methods, processing times may vary.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details and we will investigate the matter. We will work with our payment processor and your financial institution to resolve any issues and ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible.

In rare cases where a refund cannot be processed to the original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method after verifying your identity and purchase details.
